Deep retro fit refurbishment and renovation
220 Sq/m build, comprising of 2 story extension to the side / back of house.

This was a 40 square meter extension. The brief was to enable the client to utilize the downstairs of his home as a dance studio. Alot of structural work went into this particular design to make it open plan. It involved removing the entire wall at the back of the house (7m section). Removing the internal walls from within the existing house/including the chimney breast. This project was completed to turn key standard. It was featured on RTE Nationwide where the client showcased some of his dancers.
Carried out full refurbishment of this 3bed Home.

Removed Chimney Stack and demolished wall between Kitchen / Dining Room.
Fitted new staircase, kitchen and new doors skirting and architrave

Fully rewired and replumbed.

What used to be a small Kitchen with no light, has now been transformed into a large Kitchen Extension, new utility room, 1 large downstairs bathroom with shower/bath and a maintence free back garden.
TANEY ROAD / FULL REFURB CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS
Full Refurbishment carried out of this 4bedroom home.

Works included demolishing old extension at back of house and rebuilding to architect plan. Breaking out mutliple walls / demolishing chimney stack. Fully rewiring, re plumbing to allow for 3 Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, new heating system. Fully painted and decorated. Project completed within 22weeks.
CRUMLIN 50 SQ/M EXTENSION
An old 3 Bedroom house in Crumlin has been transformed. It went through a Deep Retro Fit, ie new heating system with underfloor heating throughout, fully rewired incl a new elec outlet for charging their Hybrid Car, 2 Brand new bathrooms, 50 square meter Extension/dining area. The house has also been fully insulated to confirm with modern standards.
Project was very simple, 20 square meter extension, to enable larger living room / dining area. 1 New Bathroom / Utility and Kitchen where supplied and fitted also. Project was completed in less than 8weeks
What was an unused Storage Area, we converted into a self contained granny flat, which comprised of a living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
